Refunds

Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to Minoxidil products or orders that include Minoxidil. This includes both 3-pack and 6-pack versions, as well as lotion and foam formats. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase of a Minoxidil product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For all other product types, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been used.

  • You must have followed the hair growth calendar instructions consistently.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You did not use the product as recommended in the hair growth calendar.

  • You did not contact us at support@folliclebooster.com during your usage period for assistance or support.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to post.

  3. Contact your bank—processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at support@folliclebooster.com.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping

To return your products, please contact us at support@folliclebooster.com for return instructions.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

If returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
