1) You may request for product replacement under warranty within lifetime period if the product is not working as intended. Each case shall be reviewed and handled separately while Matykos Beauty Team and will be adjusted properly. 

 2) Any returned goods within the period for refund must be in its original condition (together with its original packaging, user manual, accessories and any material that comes with it), or else Matykos Beauty reserves the right not to accept or refund in full payment. 

 

 3) This warranty shall not apply by Matykos in the event of: 

(a) any willful modification or alteration in any way made to any part of the product by any persons other than the Company 

(b) any damage caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence, accident, natural calamities, or physical force; or 

(c) any damage caused by human factors ( jade product fall to the ground and broke into pieces etc.) - Exception for product arrived damaged. 

 

 4) Purchaser must provide Amazon Order Number, together with proof of defective product (pictures) in order to claim warranty. 

 

 5) ​This warranty is Applicable to "Jade Roller" and the "Gua Sha" tool.

 

 6) Each Jade Roller only has one chance for replacement. Matykos Beauty only offer "One-time Replacement" for the defective Jade Kit within the warranty period.
